Windows doesn't, in my opinion, have a decent PDF reader. (and that includes the paid apps) Sumatra is mentioned a lot, but lacks a dark mode. Okular is a fantastic app on Linux, but the Windows version is trash.
Steps to install Windows 11: Install Windows 10 with Boot Camp Assistant. If you already have it, you can skip to next step. Download the drivers from Boot Camp Assistant > Action > Download Windows Support Software. And save the drivers to a USB stick. Login to Windows 10 in Boot Camp, download the latest Windows 11 ISO from Microsoft.
