Hello! We stayed here over the weekend - checking in on Friday and out on Sunday. We got to go on a tour each day as part of our stay. Friday was in the later afternoon but not evening, Saturday was super early in the morning and Sunday was around noon. We saw almost all the animals each time we went. We went in April so I am not sure if the summer heat changes the results but we were happy with what we were able to see each time we went. Hope you have a good time!

Hi! My husband and daughter and I were there yesterday (Sunday 11/11/18) and went on the afternoon Behind-the-Scenes tour. All the giraffes except the big male, Mosey, were in their enclosure which is heated. But Mosey was more than willing to come take our food pellets! The baby rhinos and their moms were also in their enclosures because of the cold. The other animals were all out, and very willing to come to the cars and tour vans travelling through.
