Sean 'Diddy' Combs filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against Courtney Burgess, a man who alleged there are tapes of Combs involved in the sexual assault of minors, as well as Burgess' attorney, Ariel Mitchell.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is suing one of his accusers, Courteney Burgess, for defamation and seeking $50 million in damages.

Burgess appeared on NewsNation to double down on his claim that he was in possession of nearly a dozen flash drives containing Combs’ alleged sex tapes.
