The Philadelphia Eagles didn’t ask too much of their QB, but he came good when it counted in a 22-10 wild-card playoff win over the Green Bay Packers.

Jalen Hurts, in his first game since suffering a concussion on Dec. 22, started hot by completing his first six passes. Then he went cold by missing seven straight before recovering in time to lead the Eagles to a hard-fought 22-10 win Sunday.

And that’s poetic justice, especially in the playoffs. And here, Eagles coach Nick Sirianni went on sort of a James Joyce stream of consciousness to explain, essentially, that Hurts makes the plays that he needs to make without turning the ball over.
