A winter storm hit Virginia and other Eastern Seaboard states earlier this week, dumping over a foot of snow in some place.

Much of Virginia was blanketed in snow on Wednesday, February 19 as a winter storm moved through the state. This video shows snow-covered Willoughby Beach in Norfolk as the filmer walked along the shore.
