The New Big 5 project, which will run for six months, in inviting everyone to vote for their own ‘big five’ favourite animals to photograph. It’s on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

The New Big 5 animals are the elephant, polar bear, gorilla, lion and tiger. The animals were selected from a list of 40 species which also included wolves, otters and orangutans.
