Sanders got the call when the Saints were about to pick at No. 40. The prankster told Sanders that he was Saints GM Mickey Loomis, and the call came in on a phone he had just received the phone the day before, with a number given only to NFL teams.

The Atlanta Falcons have been fined $250,000 and defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich has been fined $100,000 as the result of Ulbrich’s son participating in a prank call to Shedeur Sanders.

It was a terrible prank in which nobody besides the perpetrators of it were laughing at the end, and it's proven costly for the Falcons organization and their defensive coordinator.
