Backup reported from crash on Route 9 in Cromwell
More a mile and a half of backup was reported from a crash on Route 9 northbound in Cromwell on Monday morning.
Route 9 south reopens in Cromwell following closure for vehicle fire
Route 9 south was closed in Cromwell on Tuesday morning because of a vehicle fire. The highway has since reopened. The state Department of Transportation said it was closed between exits 31 and 30.
