A baby toy sold nationwide is being recalled after a loose piece ended up in an infant's mouth. Fisher-Price issued the recall for about 15,300 3-in-1 SnugaPuppy Activity Centers, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Thursday,

The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Fisher-Price announced the recall of approximately 253,000 of Fisher-Price’s Brunch & Go stroller toys Thursday since the “yolk of the toy egg can crack and create small parts,” which can potentially lead to a child putting a small part in their mouth and choking on it.
