Goku from Dragon Ball GT is a paid DLC fighter that can also be added to the Dragon Ball FighterZ roster via the FighterZ Pass 2, which is currently available for $24.99.

Kid Goku, or Goku GT as he's known as in the game, hasn't got a release date yet, but Bamco's said he'll be 'coming soon' as part of the Dragon Ball FighterZ Pass 2 or as a standalone download.
