On the 12th anniversary of Emma ­Fillipoff’s disappearance, Victoria police released a composite image of a man dubbed the “Green Shirt Guy” in an effort to generate leads in the case.

“Green shirt is the most supportive drug dealer I’ve ever seen,” another wrote. “Guy in the back is so amazed that he smoked an unlit cigarette for over two minutes,” someone noticed.
