A hotel in Corner Brook was badly damaged by an electrical fire that started in one of its kitchens on Tuesday. Forty-two rooms at the Greenwood Hotel were evacuated Tuesday morning.

A fire that forced 35-guests to flee a hotel in Corner Brook early this morning was accidental. The fire broke out around 6:30 in the kitchen at the Greenwood Inn and Suites on West Street.
