NEW YORK - A free grocery store has opened outside an Upper East Side NYCHA development. The community around the complex contributed to Grassroots Grocery 's project to address food insecurity.

UPPER EAST SIDE, Manhattan (WABC) -- If you are over the classics of New York City wildlife, (squirrels, pigeons, rats) you might be able to spot a special creature in the East River.

This unique aerial tram system connects Roosevelt Island to the Upper East Side in Manhattan, giving passengers an amazing view of the city skyline and East River as they ride the 4-5 minute journey.
