A partnership scheme is helping to prevent crime in Newport and keep people safe during the busy winter months.
Gwent Police have been questioned about ‘reoccurring characters’ and anti-social behaviour in Newport’s City Centre.
Newport experienced increasing footfall in the city centre during 2025 as it appeared to continue to buck Welsh and UK trends, according to new data.
