An authentic 1930s tavern is making its way to Old World Wisconsin this spring, part of a years-long project to create a full immersive experience celebrating Wisconsin's brewing history.

The relocated and renovated saloon that Old World Wisconsin has been preparing will soon be ready, according to the Wisconsin Historical Society, which operates the historic village in Eagle.

Old World Wisconsin is entering a new era this spring with the public launch of a 1930s tavern experience and outdoor Biergarten on Saturday, May 17.
