The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is currently in search of a missing man, Steve Pfeiffer. Pfeiffer was last seen in rural Franklin County, between Ottawa, Kansas, and Wellsville, Kansas.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office said an active investigation is underway with assistance from the Ottawa Police Department and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
