CLEVELAND, Ohio - Warmer, stormy weather returns to the area on Wednesday. The National Weather Service’s forecast for tomorrow calls for highs in the upper 60s with rain expected throughout the day. There’s a slight chance for thunderstorms to develop later in the day as a strong system moves through the area.

On Thursday, when the ceremonial opening starters kick off the first round at 8 a.m., the forecast calls for warmer conditions, the high forecast around 76 degrees. A few clouds are expected for the afternoon, but winds will remain be in the 7- to 14-mph range.
