KUALA LUMPUR: Walkability in the city will get a huge boost when the Saloma Link, a new pedestrian bridge, opens at 2.30pm today.
The Saloma Link is a 68m long pedestrian bridge between Lorong Raja Muda Musa 3 and Lorong Saloma across the Akleh Highway and its construction is scheduled to kick off by the year end.
The Saloma Link is a 69m pedestrian bridge over Akleh and Sungai Klang that ‘marries’ the old and new parts of Kuala Lumpur, with Jalan Ampang on the left and Kampung Baru on the right.
