A U.S. Air Force aerial refueling plane that landed in Israel with damage to its tail fin has a marker that indicates it came from Beale Air Force Base in Northern California, according to images shared by Israeli media.
Kuwait’s Ministry of Defense said “several United States military aircraft crashed” on Monday and that “all crew members survived.”
Footage circulating today shows a US military aircraft falling from the sky in Kuwait's Al Jahra area and a pilot parachuting from the aircraft, as conflict escalated across the region following Iranian strikes.
Satellite images showed a rise in the number of military support aircraft including refuelling tankers at a Saudi airbase used by the U.S. military during a four-day period in February, as Washington built forces in the region amid tensions with Iran.
The U.S. military on Monday (March 9) released footage it said showed missile launches and aircraft takeoffs during the Iran conflict. U.S. Central Command shared visuals of the USS Frank E. Petersen Jr.
