The man facing a gun possession charge in connection to the double-fatal shooting at Old Dominion University last month says that he fired shots, but is not sure whether he hit someone.

The family of Delanio Vick Junior is sharing memories of the 18-year-old, who was killed in a shooting last month at Old Dominion University.

A 27-year-old Norfolk man, who is the uncle of the 18-year-old fatally shot on the campus of Old Dominion University on Feb. 26, has been charged with a firearms violation, Norfolk police said.

The family of 18-year-old Delanio Vick Jr. says he was a bright kid with big dreams before he was killed Wednesday. They believe the shooting never should have happened.
