Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith will not be the Chicago Bears' next head coach after they finalized a deal with Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson. Johnson will work with quarterback Caleb Williams to try and progress the Bears from last place in the NFC North.
