Officials at an Arkansas school district said Tuesday that the high school football team will not use a logo that is similar to the Arkansas State University Red Wolf on its helmets.

An attorney for Arkansas State's licensing agency sent the club a cease and desist letter later that year, threatening legal action if the soccer team continued to use the Red Wolves name and logo.

A dispute between Arkansas State University and a Chattanooga-based United Soccer League team centered around the similarity of their Red Wolves branding.
