The Gold Coast suburb of Robina has been earmarked for hundreds of new residential dwellings, and more than 2,600 athletes and officials if the Brisbane Olympics goes ahead in 2032.

The 81-year-old was on a flight from Singapore to Hong Kong when he succumbed to breathing difficulties, his daughter, Robina-based Louise Loh, said in a statement.

Robina Group director Tony Tippett said the success of CityVillage, which will ultimately comprise 500 homes, was testament to Robina’s strong fundamentals and a product designed to suit buyers.
