TOLEDO — A bus driver for the company serving the Charleston school district is set to remain in the Cumberland County jail on charges of possessing and disseminating child sexual abuse material.

The one bribery count carries a jail term and the other a 36-month probation sentence, which Johnson will serve after he is released from jail. He also was fired from the township police force.
