Pachirisu ex is effectively the Pikachu ex of the Space-Time Smackdown set. It only needs two energy to use its primary attack, Sparking Gadget, which normally does 40 damage but increases to 80 if the card is equipped with one of the newly-added Pokémon Tool cards.
