Artists have just over a month to submit entries in a logo contest to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Seabees.
Logos should help convey the milestone anniversary of the Seabees' establishment and are due by Jan. 31. A NAVFAC selection board will choose the winning logo, which will be unveiled in March.
During World War II, the Seabees built over 400 advance bases, 111 major airfields, 441 piers, 2,558 ordnance magazines, hospitals to serve 70,000 patients and housing for 1.5 million service members.
