Police have arrested a total of six people in connection with a deadly explosion of illegal fireworks in a Honolulu neighborhood on New Year’s Eve.

First responders are on the scene at Captain Party on Franklin Road Southwest for an apparent fire Thursday night. Bystanders tell 10 News they saw flames shoot out the roof of the business.
