Hurts had a dry spell midway through the game that featured seven straight incompletions and two sacks in nine dropbacks. His indecisiveness will need to improve against a surging Rams defense.

Jalen Hurts, in his first game since suffering a concussion on Dec. 22, started hot by completing his first six passes. Then he went cold by missing seven straight before recovering in time to lead the Eagles to a hard-fought 22-10 win Sunday.

Hurts did make one critical decision in particular, however, that helped lift the Eagles to the win. After the game, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni noted that Hurts audibled into the play that led to Goedert's touchdown late in the third quarter.
