One NBA analyst believes an Eastern Conference team is interested in signing Damian Lillard after he was waived by the Milwaukee Bucks.

After the Bucks waived Damian Lillard, Boston is reportedly looking into signing the future Hall of Fame guard, per The Athletic. Lillard would bring the Celtics another superstar to join Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum, potentially pushing the Bucks and Giannis Antetokounmpo back into the pack in the East.

On the Milwaukee side, the waiving cleared cap space for the Bucks to land Myles Turner on a four-year, $107 million contract, poaching him from the rival Pacers, who pushed the Thunder to Game 7 in the NBA Finals.
