Scattered storms will move through the DFW area in multiple rounds this week with a chance of large hail up to the size of golf balls. While most areas will not see severe weather (and most will see beneficial rain this week), some could see large hail and damaging winds, so we want you to stay extra alert.

North and central Georgia could see a round of severe weather today, with the highest storm chances expected between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. as a cold front moves through the state.

The center of this strong storm system will move in tomorrow, bringing us our most active weather day of the week. Look for stronger southeast winds during the day, blowing around 15 to 30+ mph with gusts of 35 to 45 mph possible.
