The @AzizFndn was set up by entrepreneur and philanthropist Asif Aziz to support an array of community projects. The Foundation’s work began as a mix of scholarships and grants in strategic areas, including community work, arts and culture and research. Between 2021-23, 188 scholarships were awarded through the Aziz Foundation and 50 partner universities, with 45% of recipients the first in their family to enter higher education and 40% in a household income bracket of less than £20,000 per annu
