Next time you're at the Museum, look up! The Aeronca Champion hangs from our ceiling with the friendliest "plane face" of our entire collection. Originally devised and built as aeronautical competition to the Piper Cub, this 1940's darling was used both to train pilots and for recreation. Thanks to a kind donation in 2016, our Champion continues to inspire dreams of flight to this day. | The Hangar Flight Museum
